Jake Randall Meredith

I lost my precious grandson to cancer this morning. His name was Jake Randall Meredith, and He would have been 9 years old on Halloween. You would have never known he had cancer except for the fact he lost his hair after radiation treatments, then once his hair started growing back it was dark and curly. Jake was a happy, very outspoken and opinionated little boy. Jake was diagnosed with anaplastic ependymoma grade III brain tumor. He has been fighting cancer since June 1st of 2019. His brain tumor was removed June 5th, and we thought He won, but this cancer was so aggressive it returned not only to his brain but his spine because it only travels in the cerebral spinal fluid. once the cancer tumors attacked Jake's spine he became paralyzed leaving him bedriden and wheelchair bound. Jake still continued to fight to beat cancer until his little body couldn't. Jake's wish is to be buried next to his Grampy who passed away in 2016. We need help to make that happen, please help us.
