Mi nombre es Andrea Serrano y estoy muy agradecida.
Y es que la vida me ha dado al mejor de los hermanos mayores. Jaime, es una persona sencillamente increíble a quien admiro profunda e infinitamente. Y hoy más que nunca, es mi ejemplo. Ñaño, no hay nadie en el mundo tan valiente como tu.
Luego de tener malestares de todo tipo, Jaime viajó a los Estados Unidos para hacerse exámenes generales. Luego de semanas de exámenes y exámenes, y una dolorosa biopsia, conocemos el diagnóstico. Medulloblastoma, cáncer en el cerebelo.
Y aunque no es es ni remotamente el panorama que esperábamos, al menos ya sabemos contra qué tenemos que luchar. Finalmente entendemos qué es lo que vamos a vencer.
Jaime está hoy en las mejores manos. Pero el tratamiento, durará entre 10 meses y un año, por lo que necesitamos de toda la ayuda económica posible.
Quienes lo conocemos, sabemos que Jaime es un hombre generoso, con un corazón enorme y con una pasión increíble. Enfocado, decidido y completamente comprometido. Jaime es terco. Y lo que decide, lo hace. Estoy convencida de que esa maravillosa terquedad, será determinante para su recuperación total. Porque él es un guerrero y las pelea todas. Absolutamente todas.
Si 2017 es el año en el que le diagnosticaron cáncer, el 2018 es el año en el que lo vencerá por completo. De eso estoy convencida.

Life has given me the best of the older brothers. Jaime, is simply an amazing person whom I deeply and infinitely admire. And today more than ever, is my example. Bro, there is no one in the world as brave as you.
After having discomforts of all kinds, Jaime traveled to the United States for general tests. After weeks of more and more tests, and a painful biopsy, we have the diagnosis. Medulloblastoma, cancer in the cerebellum.
And although it is not even remotely the panorama that we expected, at least we already know what we have to fight against. Finally we understand what we are going to defeat.
Jaime is today in the best hands. But the treatment will last between 10 months and a year, so we need all the possible financial help.
Those of us who know him know that Jaime is a generous man, with a huge heart and an incredible passion. Focused, determined and completely committed. Jaime is stubborn. And what he decides, he does. I am convinced that this wonderful stubbornness will be decisive for his total recovery. Because he is a warrior .
If 2017 is the year in which he was diagnosed with cancer, 2018 is the year in which he will defeat it. That's what I'm convinced of.
