Jaime Breath Taking Journey

Where do I start?  As they say a picture  is worth a thousand words. My uncle has been suffering from Chronic Lung Failure, Congestive Heart Failure, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease for many years. In the past  years he has been in and out the hospital for weeks at a time. His everyday living is extremely hard and most of all tiring. He quickly looses his breath from just taking a few steps which causes him to have weakness and insuffucient energy which hinders his quality of life. He recently had a stroke which has caused him to be in the Intensive Care Unit for over two weeks. Unfortunatley he is still there. The doctors have informed us that the only way to save his life is with a Lung Transplant soon rather than later. Unfortunatley my uncles health insurance does not cover the Lung Transplant. He recently recieved a letter from 
Columbia Lung Transplant service in New York Presbyterian Hospital stating he is a candidate for a Lung Transplant. However this once and a lifetime oppurtunity cannot happen with out your help. I, humbly am asking for any donation or help to give my uncle another chance to smell the flowers he plants in his backyard. Your donations will be much aprreciated. This is a lifesaving  gesture that will give my uncle a chance  to live a normal life and make his quality of life better. This will be a breath of fresh air. Literally.
