I would like to share an amazing opportunity I have with you. I have the opportunity to do a DTS (Discipleship Training School) in New Zealand, through the marine reach YWAM base. I feel God is calling me to do missions in the South Pacific, specifically through YWAM.
My DTS consists of reading the bible cover to cover over the course of five months. We will also be memorizing scripture, as well as studying it deeply with one another. I did a lot of research into the different YWAM bases, and I talked to a couple of the representatives from each of them, and I felt the strongest calling to the cover to cover DTS.
Matthew 28:19-20 says “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold I am with you always, to the end of the age.” I feel a strong calling on my heart to evangelize to the nations, and the cover to cover DTS will help equip me with the right knowledge and skills to do so.
As of now I have $7,250 left to raise before I leave in July, which is more than I can do on my own! So any amount of money donated is extremely appreciated!
