Jade needs our love

Today we found it out little girl Jade will pass away if action is not taken immediately, she has a kidney stone blockage, is severely dehydrated, and her heart is slowing, and then the vet hits me with a paycheck worth 3 months of paychecks. 
The poor thing is suffering, meowing in pain and hiding under chairs. This was my last resort, I spent my savings on her blood tests and x rats, and now the kids are staring at me like the other option is the financial one. So I’m reaching out to see if I can find help.
