Jade Clements’ Final Farewell

Our family would like to try and raise funds to give Jade the send off that she deserves after her sudden passing on the 29th March, 2018.
Jade was a 24 year old Biomedical student at Keele University. Many people might not have known how difficult and challenging her daily life was. Not only was she registered blind, Jade had been living with many other physical disabilities and mental health challenges.
Despite this Jade was always helping others, such as volunteering for Guide Dogs and putting others, such as her friends and family, first despite how she was feeling herself.
She was a total inspiration to everyone that knew her. Jade touched peoples lives with her courage, infectious smile and mischievousness.
As a family we have decided to donate the excess of this campaign to Guide Dogs who supplied Toffee, Jade’s guide dog. Toffee completely changed her life for the past 18 months. Toffee helped Jade to become more independent, confident and to overcome daily challenges. Together they formed a great partnership like no other.
