Jacob's Celebration of Life Service

Jacob Alexander was one of the sweetest boys in 8th grade at Ralston Middle School.  He always had this smile on his face.  You might not know all of the time he spent with medical professionals in his life because he never complained.  Jacob had heart issues.  He was never permitted to truly be a kid because of the limitations due to his heart.  Jacob was given the gift of a lifetime about a year and a half ago, a NEW HEART!  Not only did his body accept the heart, but it thrived!  This last week Jacob experienced flu-like symptoms and headed to the hospital for tests.  All tests pointed to rest & fluids to be the fix.  Unfortunately Jacob coded on Sunday morning and was not able to be revived.  Our world lost one of the best.  When tragedy strikes everyone wants to do something.  If you feel this way, perhaps you can donate to give Jacob and his family peace of mind and the know the love that we all feel for them.
