Memories for The Martin's

Jacob Martin is a precious 3 year old boy who was recently diagnosed with Gliomatosis Cerebrii which is a rare type of brain cancer that is inoperable and does not respond to chemotherapy. We are raising money, not only to help with medical expenses, but, more importantly, to allow them to travel and make memories with Jacob and allow him to experience everything he could ever imagine.
