Jacob is an amazing single father of a beautiful daughter. He has been in and out of the hospital for 8 years now, and is on the transplant list for a new kidney. He is now fighting severe anemia as well as kidney failure, He will not be able to work, doctors have told him, for the next month, maybe 2...or longer.
