Jacob Weaver’s beautiful girls

Our family lost Jacob over the summer. We had planned a memorial concert, but due to COVID-19, we are having a hard time getting it going. Jake left behind his two adorable daughters, Layla and Chloe, and his fiancé. We would like to make sure the girls are taken care of. Anything you can do to help would be so appreciated!
