Jacob Matthew's Cancer Recovery

My name is Brianna Partridge and I am here today to ask for your help and support for my brother, Jacob Matthew Partridge. December 2017 my brother was diagnosed with Squamous cell carcinoma, or skin cancer on the tongue. My brother is 28 years old and the hardest working, most loving and caring person I know.
January 18th, he will be going through an extensive surgery to remove the cancer from his tongue and some lymph nodes. They will also reconstruct his tongue with nerves and tissues from his arm. He will be hospitalized in the ICU for a minimum of 4 days, followed by a stay in the hospital for an additional 3 days. Jacob will be out of work for a minimum of a month post surgery. Following successful surgery he will begin chemotherapy and radiation which will require an additional 3-6 months of recovery.
Understandably this has put a financial strain on himself and his life partner, Kristopher. We are asking for help during this time as he will not be able to work. Our initial goal is $5000. The money will go to any incurring bills, treatment, and rehabilitations for Jacob until he is able to return to work.
