His beautiful mother Sarah Benavidez shares:
Jacob was and will forever be an infinite source of light and freedom. His physical presence felt strongly with each in-utero kick, stretch, and grab. Our baby boy did everything quickly, preferring to travel parkour-style through his journey rather than walk a straight, predetermined line.
Jacob's passions were just as fierce-Pokemon, Lego, drawing, scooters, animals, jewelry, and eating, especially Soul and New Mexican food. His love of movies and music were a spark growing bigger and brighter through 2020.
Jacob is leaving us too soon. My wish as his mother is that we each take a little of his light and use it to blaze our own paths intensely. To go forward into the new year with genuine love, courage, and curiosity.
