Jacob and Jordan Melville

We are heartbroken at the sudden passing of Brooke Melville (Adams). She is survived by her loving husband Jonathan, two beautiful children Jacob and Jordan, parents Mike and Vicki Adams, three sisters: Shea (John), Lindsay and Amanda and countless family and friends. Brooke was an incredible young woman who always put family and friends first and could often be found doing what she loved-watching her kids play sports or camping. Brooke enjoyed working at Kaiser Permanente as Unit Manager and considered her colleagues as close friends. Memorial services will be  at 10 am on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at Sacred Heart Church in Lancaster, Ca, followed by a graveside service at Lancaster Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, you may donate to this page. All proceeds will go directly to Brooke's children Jacob and Jordan Melville.
