Jackson's 13th Service Trip

For my thirteenth birthday, I am going on a mission trip with my dad to Mexico. We are doing it through an organization called 1Mission. This organization helps run-down communities by building houses for the people who help their community. A family has to work a certain number of hours for their community to earn points for a house. Once they have enough points, a team from 1Mission goes to that family and builds them a little one-room house over the course of three or four days. We need to raise about $1800 for the trip. That sum includes 2 plane tickets to Phoenix, a rental car, and the cost of lodging and food with 1Mission. Any money left over from donations will be donated back to 1Mission. I think that this trip will be a fun experience while at the same time, going and serving a family in need.  The dates of our trip are April 12-16th.
