Jackson & Annabelle's New Legs Fund
Donation protected
Our active doggies tore their cruciate ligaments and will be having surgery. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
We adopted Jackson from Homeward Bound Dog Rescue (Schenectady, NY) in 2018. When we got him, Jax was a mere 35 lbs at 5 months old, full of never-ending "puppy energy". He has matured into a loyal, majestic, good boy, who never lost his playful puppy spirit.
We adopted Annabelle from Guardian Angel Rescue (Brewster, NY) in 2019. She immediately hit it off with Jackson, and settled into our "pack" better than we could have ever imagined. As puppies, they would run around in our yard and at the local dog park for hours. During the summer, Jackson and Annabelle love to go to our family's camp and smell the fresh country air in Central NY. Their favorite winter activity is weekends at Capital Hills Golf Course, where they frolic around in the beautiful scenery and make new friends during the winter months.
Jackson and Annabelle have been the best fur-siblings to their tiny human. They have been incredibly patient and tolerant of our 2 year old daughter as she has grown up through each demanding stage of toddlerhood. Although not as fun as running around outside, we think Jax and Annabelle secretly love being covered in stickers by our 2 year old daughter.
Our dogs are part of our family. They have been there for so many of our amazing experiences in our life. Coming home to their wagging tails (nubs) and happy faces is one of the greatest gifts we could ask for. We feel that we owe it to them to repair their ligaments, despite the major financial hardship. We would sincerely appreciate any contribution to help fund their surgeries.
Please reach out if you would like additional photos, details, or to hear more about these amazing pups! Thank you!
