My name is Jack and I have been off work for 3 weeks, I have a complete tear of a tendon in my shoulder and 2 partial tears. I will have to have surgery and will be missing alot more of work. I hate doing this, but I don't know what else to do. I'm getting short term disability but it is not enough to make it and I don't know what to do.
