Jack Morgan Medical Fund

I am writing this message with a heavy heart for our friend Jack Morgan. Jack has endured several life altering events over the past 8 months and we felt compelled to try to help. With the support of his friends, business colleagues and family, we are hoping to raise money to support him. Jack lost his father earlier this year. Mid year his business of 22 years, The Plumbing News, was forced to shut down. He also had someone working for him that embezzled a large amount of money from his business. He was recently trying to recover from this by driving Uber while seeking a new career in the industry.   He then had this medical issue.
He had constriction in his esophagus, which was making it difficult (almost impossible) to swallow food.  The doctors were performing a procedure to open up his airways and they perforated (ruptured) of his esophagus. This is a serious problem. He is currently in St Joseph’s hospital awaiting another surgery to try to repair the damage. He has been in the hospital since last Wednesday, September 13, 2017.

Due to his business shutting down, Jack's insurance lapsed, and he is going to be hit with significant medical charges.  The bills are piling up fast, and with the temporary inability to work, his situation has become even more critical.   We are asking for your help, any amount is appreciated, to try to ease some of the financial burden of our friend Jack.
