Jack's Eye Surgery

Jack has been blind since he was two, now at eight years old he has high pressure in both of his eyes where he is in constant pain. Before the pressure increased, he loved to play with his new sister, Indy a 13 week old Pitbull. Up until now he has lived a healthy life being blind and navigating the world, but now he has unbearable pain, when anything grazes his face he is even more uncomfortable. Since this new development, he needs to get both eyes removed. This surgery is on September 11th and is estimated at $3000; living on a single income of a 5th grade teacher this is hard to obtain. Please help in getting Jack back to playing with his sister and living this rest of his life without pain, anything is appreciated! Thank you!
