Jack Wiemann's medical bills

Our little superjack has endured more than any 2 year old should have to. 5 surgeries, long hospital stays, continued care at stanford and valley children's hospitals, regular therapy, and we still have a long road ahead of us. He has been diagnosed with a connective tissue disorder, meaning all of his connective tissue is underdeveloped. Which is why we continue to find new problems with each specialist. With all of this has come huge medical bills. We will continue to fight to get jack what he needs and help him to be the strongest boy he can be. We are so lucky to have such amazing people surrounding us, loving us and supporting us. Our sweet jack thanks you!
