Help Us Keep the Logs Rolling!

Hi, my name is Dan, owner of the Jack Pine  Lumberjack Shows. In 2008, after 35
years of  competition in lumberjack sports and performances, I established
Jack Pine Lumberjack Shows in Mackinaw City. We survived the recession, but now,
due to the COVID-19  restrictions, our show has suffered severe financial shortfalls. 
In order continue our performances in the region, we need your support. 

Our goal is to raise $25,000. Please know that even $5 can help enable us to reopen
for the summer 2021 season. The funds will be used to  cover opening expenses,
 including payroll for our lumberjacks. We are hoping to open May 13, 2021, and your donation can make that a reality.  

For 13 years we've been one of the star attractions in the Straits area. Each year we 
educate and entertain thousands of vacationers, campers, students and scouts,
senior groups and more.  Mark D., owner of Explorer Tours said: "Our student groups love the show and we include it in every Mackinaw trip we do. Jack Pine Lumberjack Shows is always one of the highlights of our trips. Dan and his lumberjacks do a great
job." 

Our show is more than just a show-we strive to keep a piece of Americana alive, combining logging
industry education with world-class entertainment. We're proud to have earned a 5-Star rating and the Travelers Choice Award on Trip Advisor. Kenya S., who saw our
show in September, 2020, said: "So much fun! Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed
the Lumberjack show! It was a great time had by all! A must see if you’re in the area!"

Your support will ensure that our professional lumberjacks will have a position
waiting for them this season, providing them and all our employees with security of
income. It will also enable us to continue our education and fitness series such as
teaching logrolling to children of all ages.
