My mom went to the hospital on August 29, 2019 to be treated for a hernia and was released the same day. Still in intense pain, she went back to the hospital the next day, August 30. On August 31, a scan showed her bowel had been severed and sepsis had set in. Despite nearly a week of medication, sepsis continued to take over her body, and I made the difficult decision to stop treatment. Five days later, on September 10, 2019, my mother went to be with her Savior. All donations will be used for medical and legal bills, funeral expenses, and taxes on her house which I inherited.
