Hospice for my Dad

My Father is a Retired Baltimore County Police officer. Was in service for 36 years. He is also a diabetic who has succomed to his illness. He is a double amputee, with Renal failure, congestive heart failure, while on kidney dialysis he has had multiple strokes including a double. He can no longer feed himself and can barely speak. He has asked to stop treatment and prolonging what he knows is the inevitable. We are unsure how long it will be after stopping treatments today. I am learning that they have exhausted all health insurance assistance as well as he is not old enough to receive medicare benefits. Any and all donations received will be put to his hospice care. The hospital cannot do anymore for him and with averages for his condition could take 2 weeks. I am asking for help from our friends, family, community, good sumaritans please help us make my father comfortable on his last days here on earth, thank you for your time consideration, thoughts and prayers
