Through his dedication, he’s helped countless anglers create unforgettable memories on the water. Beyond that, he’s spent countless hours volunteering in local community groups and assisting others during flood disaster events along the Tweed River.

<div>But recently, Brad’s world was turned upside down. He has lost his sight and can no longer continue the career he built from the ground up.

<div>Diagnosed as clinically blind and deemed unemployable and unable to drive his car or boat, Brad is now facing a future where he must rely solely on a small disability pension—an amount that falls far short of covering even basic living expenses.

<div>Fishing was more than a job for Brad; it was his passion, his livelihood, and his way of connecting with others. Now, forced into early retirement with no financial safety net, he is struggling to navigate this unexpected reality. As a renter, not a homeowner, and with the cost of living skyrocketing, Brad urgently needs support to get through this challenging time.
