A single Mom who is asking for help

On December 18, 2015 my world was turned upside down.  My husband at the time (now my ex) attacked me in my sleep with a box cutter while I was 10 weeks pregnant with our third child.  Our two older daughters were in the bedroom right next to the bedroom where I was being attacked.  As I laid there covered in my blood from head to toe all I could think about was getting him out of the house.  I had to protect my daughters.  I was able to get him out of the house and call 911.  I was then flown to shock trauma where I had emergency surgery on my face, ears, hand, thigh, and the back of my head.  As I laid there in the hospital all I could think about was my older girls and the little one inside of me. I did all that I could do to protect them so they did not get hurt.  
It is a year and and a half later and I am doing the best that I can to try to make ends meet, but going from two incomes to one is not easy.  I have reached out to various resources in the community for assistance, but there is no more that can be done to help me and my daughters.  I don't purchase lavish things, I am not a big spender, I don't buy the expensive brand names, I am just a single Mom trying to make ends meet.  This is very difficult for me to ask for help because I am always the one helping others out.  I am still here by the grace of God and believe that he kept me here to raise my three beautiful girls.
