Unexpected death of father of 4

Late Monday, August 1st, Luis A. Mondragon passed suddenly and unexpectedly after receiving a kidney transplant a couple of weeks earlier. Luis was a dedicated, loving father, son, brother and friend.

Luis was married to Edith, and had four children. He worked hard to support his family, wanted his children to have the best of everything, and was the house's sole provider... Luis worked as a passionate cook at Butch McGuire’s for five years.

With all of the emotional pain and stress that death brings, it also brings financial burdens. As a community, we want to ease any pressure on the family. We are trying to raise money for Edith and their children to help with any costs incurred and to assist them with this transition.

In these times of loss and sadness, you see people coming together to help one another make it through, to support the people we care for. We are thankful for any support you may be able to provide. We also encourage everyone to keep their family in their thoughts and prayers.
