Med bills-hit by uninsured driver

I, Carlos was a perfectly healthy & physically fit guy. Then my world changed on 10-30-2014 when I was hit by an unisured motorist. I have survived but with catastophic injuries. I have a compound right arm fracture, two right fingers fractured with tendon damage, a compound fractured right femur, fractured pelvis and completely destroyed left knee with foot drop. I have no insurance and do not qualify for government assistance. I have already had several surgeries and will require more. In addition, physical therapy will be a long road. Medical expenses to date are over $ 200,000 and climbing. Doctors are estimating at least two years for my recovery and no work for one year!  I believe in superheros, as my nickname is Superman and I've met my kryptonite.  I'm asking for you to be a hero and help me get back on my feet again. Thank you in advance for your contributions and support.
