Family Lawyer Help

I'm embarrassed to be here. But kids are humbling and I need help. When I struggled with housing I asked my parents if I could move home for a while. They said no. But they said if I gave them temporary custody of my daughter Calista, they would take care of her until I was on my feet.  I hated doing it, but I needed a roof over her head. 

Spent a couple years rebuilding everything while seeing the kid all the time. Every weekend, couple nights a week, things were good. 

Then I got on my feet and made a place that Calista could come to, and that's when all hell broke loose. For almost 2 months now, the people intrusted to watch my daughter have withheld access to her because I took her to somewhere they didnt want me to.

I have been trying to navigate the courts since September but with Covid everything is moving at a snail's pace and at this rate, I wont be able to see or talk to my daughter for 6 months minimum.  That's what a court clerk told me. With a lawyer, I can be in front of a judge in a few weeks. Once I'm there, I'm good. I'm a good Dad and it doesnt take me long to prove that.

The most inexpensive lawyer I could find required a $2500 retainer and billed $250 an hour. I shouldn't need much more that that to get me through to a judge, but I dont know.
