Funds being raised for State of Maryland Olympic Development Program International Trip.
So first of I want to start by saying that this was a big step for me. I am not one to ask for help, especially monetary help. My son has loved soccer since I can remember. Guess he just has it in his blood:) He was chosen for the State of Maryland Olympic Development Program last year as U14 player and has made it once again this year as one of the 27 players chosen for U15. This year they offer an International trip to Barcelona, Spain. This would be a dream for my son to live. Issue being the trip is not covered in the tuition fee which is pretty high on its own. I would love for my son to have the chance to live this experience of playing with some of their semi pro players and also visiting the stadium and watching a live game! I know there are many other issues in this world that need monetary help, but to us this is important for his future. He has talent and you never know who could be watching:)
The funds need to be in by the last week in January. With us being a one income family of 6 at the time and Christmas being next week I just don't see this being a possibilty on our own at this time.
Any little bit will help reach the GOAL!!!

Los fondos serian para el Viaje Internacional del Programa de Desarrollo Olímpico del Estado de Maryland.
Primero quiero empezar diciendo que este fue un gran paso para mí . No soy uno para pedir ayuda, ayuda especialmente monetaria. Mi hijo ha amado el fútbol desde que tengo memoria . Supongo que sólo lo tiene en su sangre :) Fue elegido para el Programa de Desarrollo Olimpico del Estado de Maryland el año pasado como jugador U14 y lo ha hecho una vez más este año como uno de los 27 jugadores elegidos para U15 . Este año se les ofrece un viaje internacional a Barcelona, España . Esto sería un sueño para mi hijo. Problema seria que el viaje no está cubierto en el programa, que ya es bastante alto en costo . Me encantaría que mi hijo tuviera la oportunidad de vivir esta experiencia de jugar con algunos de sus jugadores semi profesionales y también visitar el estadio y ver un partido en directo ! Sé que hay muchas otras situaciones en este mundo que necesitan ayuda monetaria , pero para nosotros esto es importante para su futuro . Tiene talento y nunca se sabe quién podría estar viendo :)
Los fondos tienen que estar en la última semana de enero . Siendo una familia de 6 con un solo ingreso en el momento y Navidad la próxima semana yo simplemente no veo que esto sea una posibilidad por nuestra cuenta en este momento.
Cualquier poco le ayudará a llegar a la meta !!!
