We Need a New Place to Call Home

Hi, my name is Geneva and I'm the granddaughter of Roger and Birgit Cripe. I'm here to help raise money so that we can try and put my grandparents lives back together. Roger & Birgit lost their jobs, and soon to follow, their house, property, and exhausted all of their retirement and have been living on social security. So, to make the best out of a already crummy situation they sold what personal belongings they had left (couch,tv,furniture,etc.) and got themselves a travel trailer. Life was good. They have been traveling parts of Oregon and California. Yesterday they set out to make the trip to eventually ending up in Idaho where they planded to stay over the summer. They made it as far a Bakersfield when the tire on my grandfather's truck blewout (the truck hauling the trailer) and him along with their entire lives wrecked. Thank heavens he is alright but the truck and the trailer are GONE. My grandparents are devastated and quite literally have NOTHING left. Family has stepped up and we all are coming together to get them a temporary place to live until we can figure out our next move. So, I am here to ask for your help. Anything will help! I'm not sure what the future will hold but we all are going to try and provide them with shelter and food until we can work out the details. Thank you all for your love and support.  -Geneva Kinsey
