Krpata Kidney Transplant Fund

Chuck Krpata: I am a 71-year-old recently retired physical therapist with stage 5 kidney disease and I need a kidney transplant. For the past 46 years, I have provided rehabilitation to patients following orthopedic injuries and surgeries. I have attended work each day with a passion for my profession and a goal of providing the highest personal services for those in need of my services. I have never asked for anything for myself and never expected anything in return, but now I need someone else's help. I have a zest for life and I look forward to receiving the "gift of life" from that special donor in order to continue life. I am the proud grandfather of 4 beautiful grand children = 3 girls ranging from 7-11 and grand son age 10 years. In retirement, I want to take care of myself and my wife and more quality time to spend with my grand children. I want to see them graduate from high school and college and attend their marriages. I would like to be a great grandfather. I would like to be able to assist others in my situation in any way that I am asked to. I am O positive blood type.
