Pancho Juanche Family Fund

Last week we suffered the loss of a longtime associate, Francisco (“Pancho”) Juanche to a tragic accident. Many of you have expressed your concern for the family and asked as to their welfare.
I spent some time at our Mesa branch in Arizona where I met privately with several employees and with all the installers as a group. Pancho was dearly loved by many and had been a long time USI employee. Mike King, Dale Hall, Lorena Valentin and Jose Della Cruz joined me in visiting with Pancho’s family. As you can imagine, it was very emotional for all involved. His family consists of five children and some 11 grandchildren including a 10 day old newborn that Pancho had been holding for hours the night before his tragic death.
In addition, we made arrangement for a Catholic Deacon to conduct a service at the Mesa facility last Friday morning before the installers left to go out on the road. Pancho’s family attended the service.
They are deeply moved by the outpouring of kind words and prayers from all of you. The family is appreciative of what USI is doing to assist them and our employees during this difficult time. This includes grief counseling, financial assistance for burial and meals.
Many have asked what they can do to contribute to this wonderful family in order to help them in this time of need. Carly Brekken has made arrangements for a special fund which will accept any donations our employees may wish to make. You can do so easily through this link and any and all contributions are appreciated. I am personally willing to match dollar for dollar contributed by you up to an amount equal to $10,000.
As some of you may be unable to contribute financially, I would ask that you keep Pancho’s family in your thoughts and prayers. This is a special time of the year and I appreciate your interest in helping the Juanche family in your own personal way.
