Bring Maxwell Home!!!

Max was shaken, on at least two occasions. At first it wasnt bad enough to take notice, and by the time Megan, his Mom, did notice it was almost too late. According to the official Mayo Clinic website, injuries may not be initially noticeable, in mild cases of shaken baby syndrome, a child may appear normal after being shaken.  We are HOPING charges will be filed on the known perpitrator,regarding these incidents. However, DFS has removed Max from the home, indeterminately. They claim his Mom never took him to the doctor prior to this last bad incident, which is not true. She not only took him to the ER, but to the doctor, all of which told her there was nothing to worry about. THEY EVEN TOOK XRAYS!!! Had something been said she would have acted most definitly. Now in order to prove the incompetency of DFS and get Max back home, we need to hire an attorney. We have a good one in the waiting, but he requires $2000 up front. So we need your help. If you would like to contact us with further questions we will be posting this in facebook.
