Pat Reilly & Friends/ Harvey Relief

This go fund me page is set up to start a relief fund for Pat Reilly, her family, friends and neighbors in need of help from the devastation of Hurricane Harvey in Port Aransas, Texas.
Pat is an avid member of her community. She works and volunteers at a local church. She is a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to all that know her. Her pride and joy in life is raising her beloved rhodesian ridgebacks.
Late Friday evening/ early Saturday morning, Hurricane Harvey hit Port Aransas Texas. The town was evacuated prior to the storm but some residents, including Pat, her daughter Lorna & neighbors, boarded up their windows and hunkered down for the brunt of it. Sometime in the night, after a desperate flee from a collapsing home and rising waters, Pat & her friend attempted to reach safety and in the process lost her car and two dogs, as it was swept away by a flood. They spent the night in her heavily damaged home until they were rescued in the morning by family. They later found her car turned upside down with one her dogs, Walter, deceased. Her female rhodesian, Bertha, is still missing and we are praying she is still alive somewhere.
Port Aransas has since been evacuated. Residents were rescued and escorted to safety by police and the National Guard. The devastation is castrophic. So many families have lost everything they have and are now homeless. The smallest gesture can go a long way for someone who has lost so much.
This fund is a cushion to get Pat, her family and friends a little relief during this extremely difficult time. Any money raised will immediately be used for common supplies, clothing, food, shelter, transportation and eventually will go toward the rebuilding of a great town.
