Stop Tori's Pain

I am desperate. Our 19 year old daughter Tori was born with a cleft lip and palate. Some repairs have been made, but due to extreme car problems, we had gotten behind with her treatment. She has not had an easy life. She has had constant ear infections, only one side of her nose works, numerous operations, tmj, migraines and has been in constant pain for over two years and most of the time has a hard time eating, not to mention the bullying. She is a sophomore in college and called me last night and said Mom, I cant live with the pain like this any more, can you find someone to help me? That call completely destroyed me. 
 A little  about Tori, She loves Taylor Swift, The Band Perry, reading and cats. She is one of the kindest people I know and I would love to see her truly happy,
 Most of our problems with her medical care are due to the fact that we are not well-off. She has medical assistance for her conditions, but due to the fact that she has medicaid, most doctors will not help her. Right now she needs at least her nose fixed so it properly works and and most likely both of her jaws broken to help with the tmj and its pain. I cannot find an oral surgeon that will accept medicaid. I know this is a long shot, but I am grasping at straws here, I need to find help for Tori. We are not powerful or of means, but together we can make a difference .  This is the only Christmas wish my family has this year is for Tori to not be in pain any more and without those surgeries it won't be possible.
