Fixing Tib

Tib is hell-bent on raising the cat population in South Minneapolis — she must be stopped! 
Due to crippling PTSD suffered because of our last cat's untimely demise by the (socially awkward) neighborhood vet, and because it's so friggin' expensive, Tib has not been fixed.
I KNOW.
Don't judge me.
We can do this. Together.
(Um, after the latest litter is weened.)
