SCC Mission trip to Haiti

22 Students from Seton Catholic Central in Binghamton, New York under the direction of Sister Brigid O'Mahony of the Missionary's of the Heart of Jesus will be making a mission trip to Haiti Februrary 18 - 25, 2015.  I am so fortunate to be able to go with them on this mission.  The purpose of raising money is to help feed the widows in Citi Sole which is the largest slum in the western hemisphere.  The students will purchase rice, beans, sardines, oil and salt and then package and distribute to these widows.   Also,  while in Haiti, we will  visit the orphanage operated by the Missionary's of the Heart of Jesus.  Currently, 24 children live there.  Donations will be used toward their housing, clothes, education and food.   All of the  SCC students and chaperones pay for their own trip so of of your donation will be used directly to help the poorest of the world's poor.  Your generous donations will be greatly appreciated!
