TEAMBRE!

I am a friend of (Aunt) Jen. As I heard more of their story I explained this site to Jen and Maggie. We discussed it and decided I would help make the site as they both have so much on their plate and their main focus is Bre. I don't know Bre very well but I do know Jen and her amazing heart. From what I have read about Bre my assumption of her whole family being just as amazing was correct. This site is dedicated to Bre and 100% of the proceeds will be mailed directly to her and her family. I am solely just helping with the set up. I asked Jen to write a little about Bre for those of you that don't know her and maybe just know her family members (like me). This is what she wrote...

"My niece was born July 17th (17 years ago) I was so blessed to see her 1st breath. Always as a child she was as happy as could be. Never did she raise a fuss. From the time she was walking she has been in dance. She has competed in dance her whole life. She excels in ballet tap hip hop and interpretive dance. She has competed from Massachusetts to the Carolinas. Pittsburgh Chicago and Ohio. She is the oldest of 3. She has a sister Brittany who is a sophomore and brother robbie who is on 6th grade. Besides dancing she has been a youth cheerleader and also played softball. Her brother and sister look up to her tremendously and she is a fantastic role model. She gets excellent grades and until she was diagnosed with RMS she worked at a local yogurt store while dancing 6 or 7 days a week and school. She is active in her school and extremely close with her cousins (whom are like brothers and sisters to her) she attends church at Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Canfield since she was baptized as a child. Her goal is to attend OU and dance for the Bobcats while pursuing her education as a dentist.
She is the kindest soft spoken and compassionate young adult. Her circle of friends is beautiful."

Bre was recently diagnosed with Embryonal Rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) on December 2nd, 2014. She had to stop dancing which was her passion and is now home schooled while she fights. Bre is 17 years old - as a parent to a daughter myself I couldn't imagine! I know her family is supporting her 100%. Please consider donating to help the family with time missed from work due to doctor’s appointments, tests and treatment, medical bills and gas money.

This family recently lost their dad of cancer last year (Bre's grandfather). They know the fight. They are strong. We all know Bre is going to beat this! Let's help alleviate some of their stress.

Bre said in her Blog

"As Augustus Waters said “I am on a roller coaster that only goes up my friends” nothing but positive thinking and positive energy. Mind set is 90% of the battle and I am ready to fight this, with the support of my team, family, and friends."
