As many of you know, I have been recently diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease, which has turned my right kidney into a tumor. I have been ill since April, with my appetite, energy, and stamina receding daily.
Originally, I was scheduled for a major surgery in January, to remove the affected kidney. However, just this week I learned that I may also have a bone marrow disease, which must be treated before I have the necessary surgery.
Due to my ill health, I have had to close my acupuncture practise and now have no income.
I would really like to move home with my family in Artesia, but I must be seen by my hemotologist weekly until I am cleared for surgery. Therefore, I must stay in my home in Albuquerque for the time being.
My needs are simple: utilities, car insurance, food, telephone.
