Cardiovascular Surgery Needed!

Hello! My name is Theresa Robinson and I am 35 years old. When I was 27, I had to have open heart surgery and in recent years, I have been diagnosed with Lupus, Severe Pulmonary Hypertension and Congestive Heart Failure. My cardiologist, Dr. Maria Costanzo, has made the recommendation that in order to improve my breathing and increase my quality of life, that I go to University of California in San Diego to have the multiple blood clots that are in my lungs removed. My trip is scheduled for January 26th with the surgical date being February 2nd. I am in need of financial assistance to pay for the transportation and lodging while in San Diego for three weeks. I have tried to do this on my own but I am at the point now where I need help. Whatever assistance could be donated would be greatly appreciated.
