Keeping our home for the Holidays

Hey guys, 

This all came about when I was on my mom’s computer the other day. She had left a couple tabs open on her browser and one of them was a search engine that said  "How to spend Christmas without any money." My heart stopped. I had just quit my job for school, my brother recently lost his job, and our little brother has too much on his plate to even think about working. Needless to say, our parents are unemployed and our dad is on disability leave. Although in the midst of all of this, they are still working their butts off to find odd jobs to keep the house and pay the bills.  

What my siblings and I are asking from this, is to get $2500.00 to help pay the rent and utilities as a surprise gift to our parents. 
Even if this doesn’t come through before Christmas, I am positive they will be more than overjoyed by your generosity towards our family.
