(IVF) Help us complete our family with a baby

So where do I start.... 8 years ago we found out my fiancé (Nicola) suffers from endometriosis stage 4 which is the most severe kind ( an explanation of what endometriosis is will be at the bottom of our story ) after going through 2 laparoscopy operations (key surgery to access the abdomen) to try to burn the endometriosis away and remove ovarian cysts it just kept coming back and leaving Nicola in excruciating pain to the point she was hospitalised a number of times and kept in. The decision was made to have a third laparoscopy which would result in the left ovary being removed and both Fallopian tubes with the intention of relieving her of some of the pain but only leaving her with the right ovary making it impossible to fall pregnant naturally. Nicola still gets unbearable pain each month but she is a true warrior and try’s to crack on regardless. Due to this the only possible way for me and Nicola to have a baby is IVF.... we have been through ivf twice now and both times have made really good progress but unfortunately not given us the end result we both desperately wanted, even after the heartbreak we pick ourselves back up and continue to fight! the government funding doesn’t allow us any more treatment which is a massive blow to us as after endless meetings with our consultants they are always positive with what’s happened so far that we will get the results we want, we just haven’t been ‘lucky’ yet... 
We have been together for 13 years now and we own a beautiful house and have a gorgeous dog that we treat as our ‘little boy’ and he’s spoiled rotten! We want to give IVF another go as we feel we deserve to be a happy family and have the baby that will complete us. Unfortunately the government funding for our ivf has now run out so we are doing everything in our power to save up to give ourselves another chance, but as people know life just ain’t that simple which is why I’m now here asking for people to help us fulfill our dream and help us be the great parents we deserve to be.
