<div>Help Me Fund a Reliable Insulin Pump
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hi everyone! My name is Ivey, and I live with Type 1 Diabetes, an autoimmune disease that requires me to depend on insulin every single day to stay alive.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I currently use an insulin pump to manage my diabetes, but unfortunately, I've been experiencing ongoing issues with my current system. Between frequent out-of-range errors, connectivity problems, and other frustrations, managing an already unpredictable disease has become even more challenging.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>After discussing my options with my diabetes care team, I've decided that switching to a Tandem insulin pump would be the best option for me.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Unfortunately, despite multiple appeals, my insurance company has continued to deny coverage for the new pump.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Because of this, I've made the difficult decision to purchase the pump out of pocket, directly through Tandem.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As someone who lives with Type 1 Diabetes, having reliable access to insulin delivery isn't a luxury. It's something I depend on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I'm starting this fundraiser to help cover the cost of purchasing my new insulin pump. Any donations will go directly toward that expense.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you're unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser would mean just as much to me.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you so much for supporting me, whether that's through a donation, a share, or simply following along with my journey.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The pump costs $4,500 and then I have to also purchase infusion sets as well which are about $200 a box! All money will go towards my pump plus supplies for the next year. THANK YOU!!!!!
