Help Ivelisse Rosario Fight Cancer!

On August 6 of 2013, my mother Ivelisse Rosario was diagnosed with breast cancer. She immediately went through radiation, a mastectomy and later chemotherapy. However, three years later she found out that the cancer had progressed to Stage IV after spreading to her bones, liver and lungs. In total, she has been through over 40 aggressive chemotherapy sessions.

Despite the struggle, Ivelisse has remained positive. She is praised amongst her friends, husband and three daughters for her great spirit, incredible strenght and willingness to fight the disease since day one. 



Due to the passing of devastating  Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico, her latest treatment had to be paused. She was then offered the opportunity to start a temporary, more advanced chemotherapy treatment at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. We want to make it possible for my mom to continue receiving the best care possible under the circumstances, but we need your help.  The purpose of this fundraiser is to help pay for treatment, medications, living expenses outside the island and additional medical bills (follow-ups, a wheelchair, etc). As a family, we would be extremely grateful for your help. No donation is too small.
