I am a breast cancer patient with mets disease. My first diagnoses of breast cancer was in 1991. After a lumpectomy with lymphnode removal, I was then given treatment with 10 rounds of 5-FU. I took tamoxifen for 5 years. Unfortunately my mother was also diagnosed with the disease 2 years later. My next diagnoses of breast cancer came in 2008. I was initially given herception. Since that time I have been given approxiatemently 8 different kinds of chemotherapies, lost my hair not once but twice. Presently, I'm being given Halaven. During these last years, of treatment, I have exhausted all of the monies I had managed to save. I have paid for COBRA, Horizon, medications, for secondary coverage to medicare and of course my month-to-month expenses. My financial needs are to prevent the foreclosure on my home now $70,000. Many cancer patients can attest this is quite a journey with many ups and downs. I thank you in advance for any dollar amount you would donate. Please Share with friends.
