On December 13th, 2014, a wonder life was taken away from us at too young of an age. 26-year old Jason Van Leuven was a passenger in a tragic car accident, which resulted in his death.
There is no question of the impact Jason had on the lives of those around him. The dozens and dozens of Facebook posts on his profile -- just a day after his passing -- are a small testament of the love from the many people Jason knew.
Jason had many roles in life: a leader on the baseball diamond; a loving son, brother and friend; a teacher working with special needs children. The void created by this loss will never be filled.
This campaign is to help cover the funeral costs for the Van Leuven family. Jason's family was the most important part of his life, and his huge heart was a product of their loving home. On any given day, you will find a household of friends, family and strangers enjoying one of Mrs. Van Leuven's fine cooked meals.

One hundred percent of all donations (minus GoFundMe fees) will go to the Van Leuven family to cover funeral expenses during this tough time. Any remaining funds will be donated directly to a charity to be determined by the family, which will benefit Jason's dedication to special needs children.
