I need a operation my name is Itsy Bitsy

Hi,
    My name Itsy Bitsy and I'm a polydactyl kitty. That means I have more than the standard number of toes on my paws which makes me special.  This is a genetic trait and when cats rode aboard ships, the ones with multiple toes were thought to be good luck because of their awesome mousing skills. We are also known as Hemingway  cats because he loved them so much I love to play in boxes,  cuddle and sit on the windowsill and sun myself.     I was found as a kitten on the street and was lucky to be taken to the AWR Cat Tails Rescue where I am safe and warm. Since I've been at the rescue I found I have nasopharyngeal disease.  A big name disease for such a little girl. This could be due to a polyp, infection or a narrowing at this location which makes airflow difficult when breathing.
   I'm just a year old and I have lots of life and love to give but I need some serious medical tests like a CT scan, cytology of my submandular lymph node to diagnois  my condition so I can have surgery to fix me up.
    The people at the rescue take very good care of me, but caring, as you know costs money.  Would you please help me with a donation? Meow!
