Italian Job 3

This year myself and a group of friends will be taking on a cycling challenge in aid of two very worthy charities - Macmillan nurses and Chest , Heart & Stroke NI. Since the first Italian job 5 years ago we have lost three colleagues to either cancer or heart attack and this years challenge is in their memory. 

In September we will take on a 

350 mile cycle in Northern Italy over 5 days , so an average of 75 miles per day and taking on 3 mountain climbs used in the Giro d’Italia

 

This is a huge challenge for us all but is nothing compared to what the people who benefit from these charities face every day - please support our efforts by donating - thank you
