It's okay to talk

Cory and myself (Beca) have decided to run the Rough Runner race, which is a 15k obstacle course which will be held on Saturday, the 18th of May in aid of a charity called Mind.

One in four of us will experience a mental health problem during our lives. The charity Mind believe that no one should have to face a mental health problem alone and we strongly support this. Over the past few years, there seems to have been an increase in suicidal rates and we want to help build awareness for mental health and contribute in making a difference.

If you are reading this and think you could do with someone to talk to, please reach out to a family member, a friend or even a stranger. There are people who will listen to you and will help you.

It IS okay to talk.

Thank you all for taking the time to read this and thank you also for your kind donations.
