It's My Turn Goes To Africa August 19th, 2018: Ready to Make a Difference With Your Generous Support.
Funds needed by August 12, 2018
- Transporting donated school supplies from Canada to Kampala, Africa
- Developing micro-finance programs for single Moms starting their own businesses to become social entrepreneurs. Changing families for future generations.
-Transporting refurbished laptops to a computer lab that we initiated two years ago at St. John Bosco Primary School, Kampala, Uganda. Monitoring and evaluating their success and implementing new programs.
- Assist a determined single Mother of one named Joweria, a recent graduate of a two year Sewing Program. Helping her by starting up a sewing studio as well as education in small business enterprise. Kyengera, Uganda.
- Developing a logistics program to assist a single mother of five with her business. Florence handcrafts items and sells them at the markets as well as sells coal for cooking. Jinga, Uganda.
- Finding sponsorships for less fortunate primary students at St. John Bosco Primary School
We have been diligently working for the last four years with single women, children and their families. Two years ago we decided to start our own charity so that we could profoundly make an impact. Giving us the ability to partner with other foundations in Africa so we could genuinely understand and meet their needs, and equip them with the tools and resources to have long-term, sustainable success.
Our humble and sincere gratitude,
It's My Turn
