Help me save our puppy!

Our Siberian husky shadow was shot in the jaw by some heartless person today she is our baby and my 10month olds puppy ! Her jaw is shattered and bullet pieces are in her jaw and throat cost for jaw replacement is going to range from 1800-3200 for surgery which is due up front . She is on pain meds and antibiotics and currently eating and drinking through syringe because We cannot afford her to stay up at er and we do not have the money for the surgery on Monday in okc! Please help me save our baby for Christmas she does not deserve to have to be put to sleep because I don't have the money to have surgery done! Please help in getting her surgery done to save her life she is only 7months old! She is so great with kids and lives attention! All this can be confirmed by our vet records and all we paid for today out of pocket for X-rays and pain meds to help in managing pain till Monday till we could maybe come up with money for surgery or Monday we will have to make the call to put her to sleep if we do not have the money for surgery by 10am Monday . Which is what time okc surgery center can do her jaw replacement. Please pray we can save her for Christmas!
